Mirjam Boven

Mirjam teaches the Dunstan Baby Language course in Drachten, Surhuisterveen or in parents' homes.

She also works as a baby care consultant at Verloskundigenpraktijk Wolkom in Drachten. There, she provides information to expectant parents and supports them when they have concerns about bonding during pregnancy. She is also there for parents when things don't go quite smoothly after their baby is born.

During her baby consultant training, she took the Dunstan Baby Language foundation course and was amazed: “After working in maternity wards for 20 years, I thought, why didn’t I know this sooner?!”

"I want every parent to know about Baby Language, because it really helps you understand what your baby is trying to tell you. Parents can also work together to recognize the little sounds. It's so lovely to see dads get just as excited when they recognize a sound!"
